How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 10 to 20 days. Holidays, customs checks and local postal delays can add a few days. Our shipping page has the full details.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide, and shipping is free to all of them. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us at support@bubebaby.com and we will let you know whether we can deliver to you.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show the first scan, and international parcels sometimes show few updates while they travel between countries. If your tracking has not changed for 10 days, contact us and we will look into it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at support@bubebaby.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually change or cancel an order before it ships, but not once the parcel is on its way.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. Toys in the same order can be sent from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one parcel on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number.
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days after delivery to request a return. Toys must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, teethers, pacifier clips and sippy cups can only be returned if they are faulty. Our returns page explains how to start a return.
What if a toy arrives damaged or a piece is missing?
Email us at support@bubebaby.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
How do I choose the right toy for my child's age?
Every product page lists a recommended age in its specifications. You can also shop by age: 0 to 12 months, 1 to 2 years and 2 to 3 years and up.
Are the toys safe for babies?
Each toy lists its materials and recommended age, so please check both before you buy. Toys marked 3 years and up contain small parts and are a choking hazard for children under 3. Always supervise play. Our safety page has more guidance.
How do I clean wooden and silicone toys?
Wipe wooden toys with a damp cloth and let them air dry, and never soak them or put them in the dishwasher. Wash silicone toys in warm, soapy water, rinse well and leave them to air dry.
